A simple cowl knit in garter stitch. Short rows are used to build a series of triangles with one skein of Noro silk garden sock. The ends are seemed together to produce an elegant cowl.

A note of clarification: For the first triangle, Rows 2 and 3 can be rewritten with a marker as

Row 2: k1-f/b, k3, turn; place marker, sl1, k to end
Row 3: k1-f/b, k to marker, remove marker, k1, turn; place marker, sl1, k to end
