Surabhi shawl is designed to provide warmth and comfort.

Worked in four segments, this design uses simple cable and lace stitches.

A big thanks to all the people who purchased this pattern during the month of December 2012 - sales and shawl commission achieved through this month were donated to American Red Cross in order to support their relief efforts for Hurricane Sandy victims.

Pattern has both written and charted instructions.
It is categorized as Intermediate due to following reasons:-

  1. You will be handling hundred plus number of stitches to knit one segment of this shawl.
  2. Lace and cable stitches are simple enough but you will have to be alert while working on wrong side as well.
  3. You will be binding off and picking up stitches more than once.

Thanks to tseeney, anissah & sneakygreyfeline for testing the written instructions and providing valuable feedback. I have checked the charts many times and have found no errors to best of my kowledge.

Please contact me for any errors or queries.
Happy knitting :D
