It is truly amazing the reaction one has to a breast cancer diagnosis. When my twin sister was diagnosed my reaction was I had no children or was not married why not give it to me. I think for 5 minutes she sobbed and said why and then a strength
and battle worthy fight began. These sock are the first of a 3 part mystery. Make them for a friend who is fighting the battle. Remind them when they wear them you are fighting right along side of them.
She lost her battle as did my Mam and others but she taught me how to fight with dignity and grace.
