Owls are all the rage right now, but a friend asked me to make a Swan tote bag for her daughter. I couldn’t find a pattern, so I made one myself. I hope you enjoy it!
Gauge is not important for this project. I added a fabric lining so that items wouldn’t fall through the crochet. I also stitched two small black lines on either side of the orange “beak” to make it look more like a swan’s unique beak and nostrils. If you wish to make the tote bag smaller or larger, try using a different sized hook. I wanted her to be able to use this as a book bag, though. So, it’s roughly 12”H by 12” W.
