Based on traditional Hap shawls, the Swatara Shawl is worked in garter stitch from the point of the triangle out. The two-color Ripple
Edging is picked up and worked last.

The sample is shown in Liverpool Fingering in Gossamer (cream) and Fog (grey). You will need one skein of each color.

The finished size of the shawl is a wingspan of 55” and a back length of 23” after blocking.

You will need a US size 5 (3.75mm) 32” circular needle and two removable stitch markers.

The instructions are both written and charted.

Thanks to Lisa B for tech editing and to Kathy P for test knitting.
