4 page pamphlet with patterns for stranded colorwork hats, brioche watchcaps and a rolled edge tam.

Three of the stranded colorwork hats can be made from one wheel of Swedish Gradient Thick Ull (aka Ullcentrum unspun roving) and one wheel of Unspun Icelandic (which is held double stranded), Hats have the option for a rolled edge or a hemmed edge. The colorwork pattern is charted. The crown decreases can be straight (using centered double decreases) or swirl right (SSK decreases) or swirl left (K2tog) decreases. The patterned hats are made in different sizes by changing the needle used to change the gauge.from 4.25-5 stitches/in for large adult to child sizes.

The tam has a gauge of 4 st/in in stockinette using the Swedish Gradient Thick Ull.

The brioche watchcaps can be made in a single color of the Swedish Gradient Thick Ull or combined with a complimentary color of unspun icelandic (held double stranded) to make a striped cap. Gauge on the cap is 2.25 sts/in, with the caveat that gauge is difficult to measure on this stretchy fabric. A US 9 needle is recommended. The brioche cap calls for 1 wheel of Swedish Gradient Thick Ull (and 1 wheel of unspun icelandic if contrast color stripes are desired)
