Lizmid on raverly made Emmaline using Berroco Vintage Chunky and really liked working with it and thought it washed well. So I wanted to try it out and since it is washable I thought why not a baby outfit. Started with the hat and continued from there. The sweater and pants are worked from the top down making them very easy to get that perfect fit whatever your little bambino’s size might be.

Materials:
Yarn: Berroco Vintage Chunky, 50% Acrylic, 40% Wool 10% Nylon. 130 yds per 100 g skein. MC-#6192, CC- #6181. Yardage needed: total MC: 203(233, 276, 316, 370) yards, total CC: 130(172, 209, 242, 286) yards

Needles: Size 8/5mm 16 inch circular and double pointed needles for the hat. Size 9/5.5mm 16 inch (or longer for larger sizes) circular and double pointed needles for pants and sweater.

Other: Stitch markers

Gauge: 17 sts & 24 rows in 4 inches in Stockinette St with size 8/5mm needle. 16 sts & 22 rows in 4 inches in Stockinette St with size 9/5.5mm needle.

Finished size: 0-3mths(3-6 mths, 6-12 mths, 12-18 mths, 18-24 mths). Sweater Chest measurement 17(18, 19, 20, 21) inches; Finished Hat with negative ease 14.25(15, 16, 17, 17.75) inches; Finished Pants below waistband 18(19, 20, 21, 22) inches.

Notes: The sweater and pants are top down construction worked in the round, this makes it very easy to custom fit. Decreases and increases can be left out or added to adjust width and less or more rows can be worked to adjust the length.
