These socks are knit from the toe up to the cuff. They feature a knit/purl pattern of a cluster of 3 cherries within a diamond-shaped cable, which extends from the foot up the front of the leg. The back of the leg is worked in ribbing for a snug fit.

You will need approximately 325 to 395 yards of a fingering weight yarn to complete these socks as written. They will work best with a semisolid/tonal dye colorway so as not to obscure the cabled motif pattern.

These socks are the fourth in a 6-part pattern series featuring lace patterns for the Wooly Wonka Fibers Herbarium Club - Texture/Color 2017. An ebook collection of all 6 of the patterns (with patterns released every other month during the course of 2017) is also available for download.
