Sweet October
“Sweet October” is a cowl knitted in a simple slipped stitch pattern. Two colors are used, but one color can also be used. The cowl is fast and easy project. It is a great way to use those few balls of yarn that got left over from a bigger project. Enjoy!
Gauge:
The gauge is not critical in knitting this cowl. Adjust your needle size to suite your yarn and achieve the size and the look of the cowl of your choice.
Yarn:
Louet Gems Fingering Weight (100% Merino, fingering, 4ply). Cowl was knitted with with two colors.
You will need 2 skeins of each color (370 yards total for one color). Colorways Cloud Grey (Color 2) and Caribbean Blue (Color 1) were used for sample cowl.
The cowl is wide and shown folded in half lengthwise in the pictures.
