3-4: 380 m / 420 yds
5-6: 420 m / 460 yds
7-8: 500 m / 550 yds
9-10: 580 m / 640 yds
11-12: 650 m / 720 yds

Correction - The last row on p. 2 should be corrected for size 7-8 as follows:

Next row (WS): k to first marker, rm, p to 3 (5, 7, 1, 2) st before raglan marker, pm, p to 3 (5, 7, 1, 2) st after last raglan marker, pm, p to last marker, rm, k to end.
