Sweet Shop Pullover is my newest pattern and a very sweet sweater for your little one!

This quick to make, charming pullover is going to be a classic in your child’s wardrobe. Sized from 12 months to 6 years you will be asked to make this again and again.

Sweet Shop Pullover is designed from the top down and is seamless! Simple post stitches give the bottom of the sweater interest and the sleeves taper to the wrist then both end with a simple but classic rib. Made with fingering weight yarn, this sweater isn’t bulky so it’s perfect for cool days all year round.

What I like best about this sweater is that you can use any fiber to make it wearable all year. It would be great in cotton or acrylic or even a wool blend for colder seasons. Fingering weight yarn makes it less bulky than most leaving your child able to move and not look overstuffed! (That is a pet peeve of mine with worsted weight crocheted sweaters on kids)

I used Universal Yarns Little bird in the colorway Harmonize. The colors in this yarn reminded me of all of the colors in a candy store - thus the name. And the best part is that Little Bird is 100% acrylic - so you won’t have to worry about shrinkage, But you can pick the fiber you want to use to make this darling sweater.
