The bag is worked circularly from lace top to shaped bottom with a simple I-cord drawstring. The motif is adapted for knitting from a sixteenth century pattern.

Needles: size 2 (2.75mm): 16” circular and double-pointed. Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
