Pattern description from Son of Stitch ‘n Bitch: “After knitting scarves for all my female friends and family, I wanted to make an elegant scarf to give to the men and boys in my life. Cables were what I was after, but I wanted the scarf to look good on both sides. That’s when I hit upon the wonderfully reversible cable stitch, used here, which yields a soft and drapeable scarf with little bulk that can be worn with business attire as easily as with a leather jacket. Worn folded in half lengthwise, wrapped around the neck with the ends pulled through will give it a really sporty look. The silk blend yarn I used adds luxury while looking classic and manly. After all, while he might not readily admit it, what man wouldn’t enjoy the feel of silk next to his skin?”
