This is the kids version of Morning Breeze.

The cardigan is knitted top down.
Creating a proper neckline (the front is deeper than the back) the yoke is formed by using raglan increases. Then the body is separated from
the sleeves (using a stitch holder or a scrap yarn) and knitted even until the pockets, which are incorporated into the body of the cardigan (the outer part of the pockets). The inner part of the pockets is added later.
Sleeves are picked up from the stitch holder and knitted in round, the neckband and the button bands are picked up and knitted back and forth.
Seaming is required only to attach the inner part of the pockets to the front.
