This is a super little pattern to practise your short-row shaping. You can knit it up with scraps of wool, and then finish it off with a very easy crochet edging - or add your own haberdashery embellishment. I’ve used a beach-combed gem of sea-glass to make a bead for the centre, but you could substitute a pretty button or some other gem from a favourite piece of broken costume jewellery. And when you’re confident that you’ve got the hang of short-row shaping you could use the same pattern on a larger scale to make a really stunning cushion cover.
