Swirly is an easy-to-work stranded sock pattern. It adjusts simply to make virtually any sock size. In the pattern, I am including instructions for three sizes: Child’s medium, Teen/woman’s medium, and man’s medium. But merely by adding stitches and rounds per established pattern, you can tweak the sizing to fit your family’s needs perfectly. Also, because the design employs three skeins of different colors, you will have plenty of wool for at least two adult pairs of socks, and if you switch up the background/foreground colors, you might get three pairs! You definitely will have enough for two adult pairs or an adult and two child-sized socks. Knit his & hers socks, mother & daughter socks, sibling socks. However you define your family, we’ve got your feet covered! And, as always, color choices are yours. Highly contrasting colors work best.
