This pattern was part of Sock Madness 12 (year 2018).

The leg and the instep of this sock is brioche stitch. Heel flap is modified slip stitch pattern and the gusset, sole and toes of the sock are stranded.

Useful skills to know:
Basic brioche rib in the round and the basic idea of 2 color brioche. The pattern has only brk and brp stitches, no brioche increases or decreases.
Simple stranded knitting, no long strands.
Picking up stitches from the edge of the heel flap (no slipped stitches here)
Knowledge of basic top down heel flap sock construction helps.
Pattern is written and does not have any step-by-step tutorials.
