The T-Shawl is intended to be a one-size-fits-most layering accessory, with an easy, oversized T-shirt silhouette. It can be dressed up or down, and is a perfect three-season piece.

The T-Shawl features a unique cabling method and the pattern contains a complete 2-page photo tutorial to teach you this fun technique.

SIZING
Size 1 (2)

Size 1 will generally fit US women’s sizes 0 - 6 (31.5 - 35.5” bust circumference) standing 5’0” - 5’4” tall. This size is best for women who wear US women’s “Petite” sizing.

Size 2 will generally fit US women’s sizes 4 - 16 (34.5 - 42” bust circumference) standing 5’4” - 6’0” tall. This size is best for most women.

As you reach the larger range of the size, the T-Shawl will have a less oversized look & fit.

GAUGE
15 sts and 24 rows = 4” in Stockinette stitch.

NEEDLES
Size US 10 (5.5 mm) needles. Adjust needle size to obtain
correct gauge.

NOTIONS
Crochet hook in a similar size as your knitting needles
Tapestry needle
Row counter (recommended but not required)

NOTES

  • You may find a row counter very useful when knitting this design.
  • This design uses short rows that do not call for “W&T/Wrap and Turn”. You simply turn your work and the small hole left is a design feature of the piece.
