An original design from My Handmade Collection, this dropped stitch lace tunic is made primarily in one piece, knitted from the top down, with the collar band made separately and the front and back sections picked up along the edge. There is literally no finishing except for weaving in ends, and blocking!

Empire waist detail, a slight A-line shape, and a delicate little ruffled edge at the hemline makes this tunic a comfy and stylish addition to your wardrobe!

If you want to use another yarn, I recommend using a non-slippery type of yarn, preferably an unmercerized cotton, that will give you the same gauge. I used a smaller needle than is called for by the yarn, so be sure to check your gauge before you start the project!

This is a written pattern with photos.
The Tahoe Tunic can be worn as a tunic or a swimsuit coverup.
