Basically this vest is a sleeveless version of Talin.
It is worked top-down, front and back panels are worked flat separately then joined in the round under armholes.
Folded brims make it look like a store bought garment.

Size Measurements (S, M, L):
Bust: (115cm/45.3”, 125cm/49.2”, 136cm/53.5”)
Upper arm: (40cm/15.7”, 44cm/17.3”, 46cm/18.1”)
Recommended ease: 10cm/3.94” to 20cm/7.9”
Sample shown in size S with 20cm/7.9” positive ease.

Needles and Tools:
3.5mm and 3.75mm 60cm/24” or 80cm/32” circular needle
