Tallinn socks are worked from cuff down, with fitting heel flap. Cuff has simple lace / eyelet pattern (both chart and written instructions for that).

This pattern has 3 sizes - circumference ~15.5 (19, 22.5) cm / 6.25 (7.5, 9)”. Both written instructions and chart for lace.
