Designer Note: This jacket is constructed in pieces and then joined. the pieces are cast on using tubular cast on. The neckline and front bands are finished with 2 rows of single crochet. Because of its characteristics, tubular cast on is ideal for woven stitch. if another cast on is substituted begin working woven stitch after casting on.
