Spiders weave the most intricate nets. They look most beautiful in the early morning, when they are sprinkled with dewdrops. Spiderwebs are made with two different threads. One is for the spider to move along in the net, the other kind of thread is sticky to catch insects. This cowl picks up on this duality, using two kind of yarn, Zitron High Twist Concept and my beloved Zitron Traumseide. The dewdrops (Tautropfen in German) are added with glass beads.

Now available online and in English, Tautropfen was first published in the Lavendelo.

yarn: High Twist Concept and Traumseide, about 30 g each

hook: 3.5 mm (US size E)

Traumseide. Die Tautropfen bestehen aus Glasperlen.
