Design by Gina Wilde for Alchemy Yarns of Transformation.
Designed to showcase our wonderfully popular Wabi-Sabi fiber, the Tea flower bolero provides a sumptuous knitting treat. Created in one piece, the basic shape of the bolero is an exercise in simplicity. Embellishment opportunities abound we show the design here with delicate embroidered flowers, resplendent with French knot centers, meant to evoke the playful stitch patterning on classic straw hats and baskets from the 1950’s.
