For this breezy top, designed to be worn over anything from a silk tank to a sporty T-shirt, she used wide lace panels separated by a ribbed waistband. Wenlan lives in New York. Read more about her in Interweave Knits, Summer 2006 and visit her website, www.twinklebywenlan.com.”
