Worked in two halves and joined together at the top of the hood, Techo will become one of your favorite winter accessories. The fabric is a combination of double-sided lace with intricate ribbing, and an integrated I-cord edging. The pattern repeats allow you to keep track of your knitting without the use of stitch markers.

This design started with the yarn. I’d been ogling Galler’s Prime Alpaca hanks at my LYS forever, with a one- skein project in mind. I knew that it could be big, but because of the yarn’s high alpaca content the design needed to have enough structure that it wouldn’t droop!
