Much Like the Tectonic Cowl, Tectonic Hat can be worn at least 3 different ways. The body of the pattern is worked in a similar, scaled down format of the Tectonic Cowl, and has been altered to add the crown and border of the hat.

Yarn: Anzula Dreamy in two colors, 80 yards of Aqua (color A), 120 yards of Penny (color B).
To substitute, any fingering weight yarn will do.
Gauge: 15 stitches = 3.5”
Supplies: US size G/4.0 mm hook, Scissors, stitch markers
Other Notions: 7 - ½” buttons.
Notes: This hat is worked in 3 stages; the body of the hat, the top of the hat and the border of the hat.
At the end of each row, ch 1 and turn. The chain does not count as a stitch.

Stitches to know:
ch - chain - yarn over, pull through loop on hook.
sc - single crochet - Insert hook into stitch, yarn over, pull through stitch, yarn over pull through 2 loops on hook.
dec - decrease - insert hook into stitch, yarn over pull through stitch, insert hook into next stitch, yarn over pull through stitch, yarn over pull through 3 loops on hook.
