Is it possible for a tape measurer to be any cuter than this? I don’t think so… And, she’s sure to brighten up any sewing, crocheting, quilting or knitting project you are currently needing to measure!

The bears right ear hides the tail of the tape measurer. Just press the center of her back and voila! The tape measurer curls back inside!

All you need to make this pattern is a round tape measurer (about 2 1/4 inches in diameter - or across), and tiny amounts of scrap yarn. I used acrylic worsted weight yarn and a G hook. I used VERY small amounts of yarn to make these, so it’s a GREAT stashbuster! A quick, easy project for those who need instant gratification!!

Finished items not recommended for children for several reasons - one: this item has googles eyes, which can be chewed off and pose a choking hazard; and two: my kids have broken more tape measurers than I care to remember by pulling them as far out as they can and then some.
