Teddy Boo, Mouse, and Bunny Boo are the best of friends—their cheeky little faces peeking out from their cosy sweaters are sure to make you smile!

These sweet characters are wonderfully quick and easy to knit and sew up, so they’re perfect for using up leftover yarn.

Each Boo is knitted flat on two needles, worked in one piece from the head down with simple shaping (just a few basic increases and decreases).

When the body and legs are done, you’ll slip the arm stitches back onto your needles to finish each arm.

The ribbed collar can be knitted right onto the toy by picking up stitches around the sweater neck, or you can make it separately and sew it on—whatever you prefer!

Use thicker yarn for a bigger Boo, or finer yarn for a smaller one.

And don’t worry, I’ve included fully illustrated making-up instructions to help you bring your new Boo friends to life!

Each Boo is 12cm /4.5” tall measured from feet to top of their heads

I used Stylecraft Special Knit DK in the following shades:-

Mocha 1064, Cream 1005, Sherbet 1034,
Apricot1026, and Citron 1263

Any DK Yarn (Light Worsted) yarn is suitable.

You can use other weights of yarn – thinner yarn will give a smaller toy, thicker yarn a larger toy. Use needles one size smaller than those recommended for your choice of yarn.

For Each Boo You will need-
10g each of body and sweater shade DK yarn
Approx. 5g of pink yarn for Mouse Boo
Approx. 5 g white yarn for Bunny Boo Tail
Small amount of Black yarn for mouths and whiskers
2 stitch holders
toy stuffing
sewing up needle
2x 12mm black toy safety eyes
11mm black triangular safety nose
