SKULLS, BATS and SPIDERS! OH MY!

This pattern is a triangular shaped shawl using a garter tab cast-on method. It incorporates a three stitch garter stitch edging and a single stitch center or spine. The pattern has written as well as charted instructions.

I have always wanted to design a Halloween themed shawl and this project has been a delight to design!

Beads are sewn on for eyes as part of the finishing of this project, however this is entirely optional.

I used Madelinetosh sock yarn (one skein) in the Peacock colorway for the contrasting color stripes, and Drops Alpaca color 8903 (3 skeins) for the main color in this design. You can however use any fingerling weight yarn you wish, or complete the entire shawl in one color.

Happy Knitting! :-)
