Garter stitch & chevrons, that’s all there is to this simple shawl.
The texture sections are worked both on the right side and the wrong side of the fabric to create these beautiful chevrons, but do not fear, the pattern is both charted and written!
I have absolutely loved seeing the texture form before my eyes, and couldn’t wait to reach the next one!

Then you can close your eyes, and enjoy rows and rows of garter stitch before reaching the next texture section!

As for the yarn, I have tried the delicious Ramble from Kettle Yarn Co, which is a blend of Shetland and Romney Rustically delicious. The yarn is crunchy and has a wonderful stitch definition, which is perfect to showcase the chevron stitches.
.
I went for a solid version, but feel free to use any yarn that you have in your stash! Speckles would be great! You can even make a gradient version if you have leftovers. And last but not least, you can make it as big as you want as the pattern is easily adjustable.
