This is a fun to shawl to play with different stitches and to play with our Dyelicious Mogollon Rim yarn. That has streaks of colors throughout the skein. This shawl has random textured stitches whenever you come to a streak! This will keep your brain busy as you knit!

Pattern Notes:

  1. This is an asymmetric triangle/boomerang shaped scarf/shawl that is knitted from the top corner down.
  2. Mogollon Rim is dyed in a Main Color that has short streaks of a Contrast Color running throughout it. As you knit, the Contrast Color will be used to create the placement of the stitch patterns in your work. As each skein of Mogollon Rim is hand dyed and unique, your scarf will also be unique and have its own pattern of texture and color changes, depending on where the Contrast Color streaks appear in your work.
  3. The edge stitch patterns and shaping stay consistent as you create your piece, but the body of the scarf is worked using different stitch patterns. The overall fabric is stockinette stitch (knit on the Right Side and purl on the Wrong Side), but you will use the streaks of Contrast Color in this fun yarn to create random texture as the colors change.
