This is a huge, simple, comfy blanket that the newborn in your life will love! The size on this blanket is easily adjustable, but it is basically a pattern for a large textured square. Baby’s First is my favorite yarn for this, but any other soft worsted weight (doubled up) or bulky weight works fine.

-Works up easily in any weight yarn (use double strands for anything lighter than bulky weight)
-Goes along quickly
-Isn’t boring, but nothing too complicated
-Large, but easily adjustable sizing
