Easy to make, to wear. The perfect knit for a beginner! Textured stripes are created with the two easiest stitches of all–garter stitch and stockinette stitch. Sweater is worked in just two pieces, bordered at wrists and waist with simple ribbing. Knit of Unger Britania.

Body Bust Size: 30½”-31½” (32½”-34”, 36”-38”)

Blocked Bust Size: 33” (37”, 41”)

Materials: Unger Britania, 14 (15, 16) 1.6-oz. balls, Knitting needles Nos. 8 and 10 (5 and 6 mm), Circular needle No. 10 (6 mm), Crochet hook size E (3.5 mm)

Gauge: 4 stitches = 1”; 6 rows = 1”

Work with double strand throughout.
