Ever make a wrong turn in your travels and wind up somewhere better than you’d planned on being in the first place?

That’s what this shawl represents…a couple wrong turns in another pattern, and I wound up with something completely different, but much better than originally planned! A “Happy Accident”, in a manner of speaking, and The Accidental Tourist was born!

A simple but smooshy-warm triangular garter stitch shawl, bordered by a thick edging of textural moss stitch. Exactly like what one might imagine a hug feels like.
