The Desert Sunset version of the Audrey May Beanie is a stripe beanie made with an even amount of pf Slouch between the forehead and the crown . You start at your forehead to measure your correct size for the band . Stitches required include treble , double and slipstitch in UK terms . As it uses less than 50g of two different yarns it’s a great stash buster . I’m wearing mine to the Alice Springs Beanie Festival in the Northern Territory Australia this year .
