The Beaches of Donegal -County Donegal ( Contae Dhún na nGall or Contae Thír Chonaill) is a county in Ireland. Bundoran is considered one of the best surfing beaches in all of Europe. For me it is a place of beauty and contemplation. There was many a summer I would ride horses on the strand with my Da. When the tide goes out you get these odd squiggles in the sand, I have tried to replicate them in the sock. So let me take you to the beaches of Donegal. Whilst there take a tour of Donegal Castle, stop in for a pint and a sandwhich at Biddy O’Barnes and have a bit of craic and look at the Bluestack Mountains. But more than anything enjoy the people because Ireland is about her people.
This cuff down sock looks difficult but the pattern is intuitive.
