Everyone who grew up and attended kids birthday parties during the 80’s and 90’s in Sweden might recognize the reference. The three colored ice cream from which you got a little bit of everything at the same time. The colors themselves very much appeals to me. Light pastels makes me think of sunny spring days where the summer warmth is yet to come. The summer dresses are screaming from within the closet to be taken out, but still accompanied with something a bit warmer on top. All of this boiled down to this sweater, nostalgically named after a dear childhood memory. Happy knitting!
