Why “The Black Cow”? Our local knitting group, Croton Gab and Knit, meets three times a week at the local coffee shop in town. It’s The Black Cow, and it’s THE place to be!. Wendy P. suggested I design a cowl based on the carpet in “The Cow.” So I did. The cowl is reversible, and it has a zippered pocket to hold valuables. You can knit this as long as you want. You can choose to add button loops and buttons so that you can twist for a moebius-- or not. You can sew it closed as I did here. Either way, this is a classy, warm cowl that employs the new and yummy Inji Kismet Fibers Zenpyou.
