Designed by myself, this gorgeous cowl is part of a series of cowls I’m doing inspired by New York, my home state. They are designed to be comfortable, fun to knit, and perfect to wear with a stylish wool coat or a denim jacket.

The Brooklyn Cowl was named after the second largest borough of New York City. It reminds me of all of the bold styling you would see there. This cowl can be worn with jeans or something dressy. Daytime or nighttime. Dress up or casual. This cowl is snuggly warm with its chunky yarn and thickly ribbed construction.

Suggested yarns: Anything bulky weight.

Yarn in Photos: LionBrand Heartland Thick & Quick yarn.

Needle size: 11 (8.0mm)
