Knit this adorable circle scarf cowl for your dog! I’ll show you how in this PDF Knitting Pattern.

I designed this dog cowl using Wool and the Gang, Crazy Sexy Yarn in Sherpa Blue. It’s the most gorgeous blue yarn I think I’ve ever seen!

How sweet to make this lovely knit that dresses up your doggy for special celebrations like weddings, birthday parties, or even family picture day. However, you don’t need a special occasion. With this colorful cowl, even a daily walk is transformed. All eyes will be on you and your furry consort during your visit to the park!

This is a warm Knit-in-the-round cowl, or circle scarf. It’s all one piece and will slip over your dog’s head. It is worn much like a collar.

The instructions are in 4 different sizes - from S - XL. With a little math, you can adjust this cowl to fit any dog! I provide you with a link to an understandable tutorial I wrote on understanding gauge.

This pattern is best for an advanced beginner or a knitter looking for an easier knit. It combines several techniques, so you will learn quite a bit in a small pattern. All techniques can be easily found on youtube. Knit, purl, CO, and BO along with Knitting-in-the-round are all part of this pattern.

I finished mine off with a sweet doggy bone button. I would only add a button for dogs who are not inclined to chew on stuff.
