This colourful shawl is the perfect companion for the last days of summer or the first windy days of autumn and spring. You can even wear it in winter, comfortably wrapping it around your neck.
Made of pure silk and yarn leftovers in eleven different colours, it resembles nature’s beauty in the circle of the year. Use any light fingering or fingering weight yarn, you have in your stash and start knitting, silk is just an option.
This shawl is made of 3 parts, a solid centerpiece with nupps (in C11) and two striped wings, so your rows won’t be endless to knit and you can watch the garment grow quickly, with every colour you add. The 3 pieces are finally sewed together and create a colourful triangle at the end.
