December is one of my favourite months. Not only is it filled with holidays and happiness, but it’s smack-dab in the middle of the perfect knitting weather. It’s that December that inspired the December Hat. Knit in Titus 4-ply at a relatively loose gauge, the December Hat is comprised of a large cable panel, delicate ribs that frame it, and enough stockinette to help the hat fly of the needles for holiday (or anytime) knitting.

Yarn used: Titus 4-ply
Colour: Wesley Bob
Amount used: 1 skein
Tension: 25 sts x 32 rows = 10cm/ 4 inches using larger needles & measured over December Cable Panel after blocking or lightly stretched
Needles used: 2.5 & 3.25 mm double-pointed needles
Other supplies: Cable Needle, Stitch Markers
Sizing: Adult S (L) or approximately 48 (54) cm circumference
