This is a wonderful trapezoid-shaped transitional layering piece for those cool nights in spring, summer and fall, using luxurious llama wool and an openwork, cable-like stitch patttern.

6/8/10: Reformatted PDF available now!!!

Pattern Notes:

Due to the openwork effect and the garter stitch edges the finished fabric puckers, creating a beautiful drape around the shoulders/neck.

This shawl is worked by increasing for the right wingspan, “double-crossing” across, and then decreasing for the left wingspan.
