I’ve designed this hat to resemble the chainmaille that valiant knights would wear. Other people tell me it reminds them of our cat hats. Either a knight or a cat, this is a fun and playful knit.

This is a quick pattern, knit with 100 - 110 yards of super bulky yarn in the round. You will need a US size 13 circular needle and US 13 double pointed needles. I would consider this an intermediate pattern, altho none of the stitches are difficult, you just need to know knits and purls and cabling techniques.
