From the book: “I based the Eagle Wrap on the tail pieces for the costume but made them wing-shaped. This is a very versatile design which can be worn in a lot of ways. It is made from side-to-side in two separate, reflecting pieces.”

The small version of the wrap is made with the same instructions as for the large wrap but simply working fewer sections in each piece and working fewer repeats of the curved cable band. I added some optional decorations for the small wrap in the form of a 2 Ply knitted edging which is sewn in between the top edge of the wrap and the cabled band. Also featured are cords suspended from the top edge and French Knots worked along the purl ridges.
