I designed this to be a simple wrap around scarf to keep necks warm in the colder months. The texture of the stitches shows through and it’s really effective with variegated yarn.

Make it as long as you like just by following the sequence. Add the holes for weaving the short end through, or leave them out if you prefer.

Stitches used in this pattern are :

Single crochet
Half double crochet
Double crochet
Triple crochet
