Back Story

The Efflorescent Window was designed as a block for a lapghan that was given to a friend who was diagnosed with breast cancer. I wanted to include blocks that evoked hope, love, and peace. I ended up designing 4 or 5 blocks for this project of which this is one. The blooming flowers/leaves in the window bring hope.
