Pattern available from Signature Yarns under the name Torquay Shawl in Malabrigo Yarn Silkpaca.

This shawl is worked with a classic top down construction technique. It starts from a small garter stitch strip of knitting. The shawl is charted. It’s designed to use one skein of a solid, or semi-solid yarn. Straightforward stitch patterns and wrong side rest rows make this an intermediate lace knitter’s design. To increase the size, either substitute a heavier yarn or work additional repeats of Charts 2, 3 and 4. The shawl is finished with a wide contrasting border which ends in a feminine scalloped edging.
