This earring pattern is a 2 for 1! It includes instructions for two designs: a flower and a sun. The first three rounds are worked the same for both, so once you create one pair, it’s easy to create the other pair! There is no gauge for this pattern, simply crochet as tightly as possible with the hook to achieve the best look.

Start with your trusty Aunt Lydia’s Crochet Thread size 10. You’ll need 64 size 6/0 beads to complete the flower earrings and 32 size 6/0 beads to complete the sun earrings. It is also necessary to use a fabric stiffener to make your finished work hold its shape and you’ll need fishhook earring findings.

Any colors you choose would be lovely! The suns look particularly nice in yellow, of course, but a dark blue could give them a star look as well! Experiment with your stash, as they take very little thread to create.
